- Order by Phone – 919-XXX-XXXX (9-6 EST). If after hours, you may also leave a message and your call will be returned the next business day. Please be sure to leave your name and phone number including area code.
- Order by FAX – 919-954-7500
- Order via Check or Money Order*
*If you choose this method please send your payment to along with your name, address you want the product shipped to, phone number and the number of bottles you are ordering. Please note by sending a check or money order your order may take slightly longer to arrive than normal as we must wait for the your check to clear our bank. The mail order address is:

- USPS – Priority mail
- UPS – Ground, Second Day, Next Day (Only in the contiguous 48 states). Additional charges will apply.

When will I receive my order?
Orders received after 3PM will not be processed until the next business day.
- All orders received over the weekend (Friday – Sunday) will not be processed
until Monday and will ship within 24 hours.
- Shipping time is based on method and destination. Generally it will be 2-8 days.
How do I change my order?
If you wish to change or edit your order after it has been placed send us an email briefly explaining what you wish to change and we will be happy to make the change(s). If your order has already been processed we will not be able to change your order.

How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed send us an email asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed we will not be able to change your order however once you receive it we will provide an RMA for return. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. Return freight will be the responsibility of the buyer.
